Websites & Landing Pages

I've designed over 20 websites and landing pages. Today, we'll delve into the website design process fora language Teaching agency's website, my latest project. While each website follows a similar process, there are slight variations depending on the business, clients, and user needs.

Lezoo: The Online English Teaching Agency

Lezoo is a new agency, that teach teaches english, and now they want to elevate their business by adding more services, better visibility and profffecionalism. Thinking of creating an App in the feature.

The final design, named Tavur, a term my dad often used to describe appearance.

❗Problem

I need a problem statement for a language teaching company website designing project discovery phase. its a company that doesnt have a website, and they have been always fining students by word of mouth, and clients telling other clients now as they dont have other source of bringing people to the classes, they want to find other . And most clients are not aware that the Lezoo language agency has other amazing programs, and new people dont find the company or if they do, the luck of website makes them to look unproffecional so they loose potential clients.

🗻 Challange

I had to consider two distinct user types: those who would use the website and my clients who would update it. While Framer has certain limitations and features controlled by the platform, it also grants designers significant freedom.

😇 Stakeholder interview

I talked to my stakeholders first, understood their business goals, what they want to achive with the website, the problems their business solves, any research they have done prevuesly and other resources I could get.

😇 Stakeholder interview & resource evaluation

The stakeholders interview for this project was a bit different from the other ones I have done before, as besides understanding the business needs for my client, I also needed to understand how tach savy my client is, to organize better website handoff and program showcase, but also, this was an opportunity for myself to understand clients who use a template for their business needs.

My clients, have a very specific style they want to achieve, modern, artsy and cool, more like a awrod winning website style, which, to be honest, are not always the most user friendly ones. So, I needed to come up with a cool website design, that would be usable, eye chatchy and make my client happy.

👽 User persona

I conducted a workshop with Lilith and her teammate to review the client's characteristics and divided them into two personas:

  1. Diasporans: Those living outside Armenia seeking a reliable agency to manage projects entirely, without their direct involvement.

  2. Tech workers: Individuals in search of a creative solution company to design "WOW" spaces for them.

Tigran

The "WOW" lover

“I want to hear a "wow" from my guests ”

Story

Tigran is a beck end developer, who recently bough a house, and is searching for a desgn agency to design some crazy epic home. He loves music, and travels to Netherlands or other countries a lot for music concerts. She wants her house to be a great place for listening to music with friends, great and creative light solution.

Goals

• He wants an epic home

• He wants to know about events going on around wine.

Frustrations

• Ani finds it difficult to choose a good quality wine for different occasions.

• Thinks that the wine industry and culture around it are exclusive and difficult to connect with.

Tigran, one of the 2 user personas.

💬 Moodboard

We went through some websites that she likes and would like Tadeh website to give the same vibe and mood. which all were very cool, indeed very much like a award weening website, for example this one here.

Market research

By reviewing the comments left under existing Dog Walking apps, we got a better idea of what users want
